RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but do appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to buy based on a picture. If when you receive your purchase, you decide that it isn’t suitable please contact us within 48 hours to discuss. We will offer either a refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange upon receipt of the returned (unworn) item. We cannot issue refunds for items that have been worn unless they are faulty.
You will be responsible for return shipping. A refund will be done once the item has been received back in the same condition and packaging.
- Items that have been personalised to your requirements are non-returnable.
- No returns / refunds on earrings due to hygiene.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable in the case of returns or orders that are lost/damaged in the post.
- If you wish to return something please remember that you will have to pay for the return shipping as well as any custom duties that may arise.
